This privacy policy applies to the Mola app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by UmitApps (collectively, the "Application"). UmitApps is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
The Application is a collection of games that work without an internet connection. It does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number or location.
Information Collection and Use
When your device is online, the Application and the third-party services it uses may collect:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Your device's advertising identifier (the Android advertising ID, or on iOS the IDFA only if you allow tracking)
- How you use the Application: which games you open and play, levels you finish, scores and results, and the time spent in the Application
- Your device model, mobile operating system and its version, the Application's version, and your country
- Crash reports: the technical details of an error and when it happened
This information is used to:
- show ads in the free version and measure them, and to prevent ad fraud (Google AdMob)
- understand, in aggregate, which games are played and improve the Application (Google Analytics for Firebase)
- find and fix errors (Firebase Crashlytics)
Data Stored on Your Device
Your game progress, stars, best scores, unfinished games, favourites and your settings (theme, language, sound, reminder) are stored only on your device and are not sent to the Service Provider. The Application's error log also stays on your device; it reaches the Service Provider only if you copy it with "Copy the error log" and send it by e-mail yourself. The daily reminder is a local notification created on your device.
Purchases
"Remove ads" is bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The Service Provider never sees or stores your payment details; it only learns whether the purchase was made.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider or collected through the Application. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at umitapps@gmail.com.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at umitapps@gmail.com.
Third Party Access
Information is shared only with the third-party service providers listed below, which process it under their own privacy policies. The Service Provider does not sell your information.
The Application uses these third-party services:
- Google Play Services: policies.google.com/privacy
- AdMob: support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
- Google Analytics for Firebase: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Firebase Crashlytics: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google Play Billing and the Apple App Store (purchases): policies.google.com/privacy and www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information the Service Provider discloses to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
- Your consent, where required and legally permitted
Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any consent required for the transfer.
Opt-Out Rights
- You can turn off ad personalisation, and reset or delete your advertising ID, in your device's settings.
- Where shown, "Privacy options" in the Application's menu lets you change your consent.
- Once "Remove ads" is purchased, no ads are shown.
- You can stop all further collection by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling deletes all data stored on your device, but it does not automatically delete information already sent to third-party services; to request that, contact the Service Provider at umitapps@gmail.com.
Data Retention Policy
- Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase): retained for up to 14 months.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): retained for up to 90 days.
- Data stored on your device: kept until you uninstall the Application.
- E-mails you send to the Service Provider: kept as long as needed to answer them.
- Aggregated and anonymized data: retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.
- Data required for legal compliance: retained as long as required by applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age in violation of applicable law. If the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, it will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider (umitapps@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Information sent to the third-party services is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but reasonable safeguards are used.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider at umitapps@gmail.com.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-10-15.
Your Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in, for example on the consent form or the iOS tracking prompt. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.
