Turkey's favourite card game. Judge your hand, win the bid, name trumps and take as many tricks as you promised, or go down. Play İhalesiz, İhaleli, Eşli, Gömmeli and 3-5-8 against bots.

How to play

If you have the suit on the table you must play it, and beat the highest card if you can.

  • No biddingNo bidding: spades are trumps. Everyone says how many tricks they will take: making it scores ten times that (extras one each), missing it loses ten times. Passing and taking none scores 50; passing and taking any loses 50.
  • BiddingBidding: the bid goes round; whoever passes is out, the others top the last bid or pass. The last one left wins it. If nobody bids, the opener plays for at least 4. The declarer names trumps and leads. A declarer who makes the bid scores the tricks taken, else loses the bid. The others score their tricks; one who takes none loses the bid.
  • PartnersPartners: players opposite are partners; the lowest bid is 7. The declarer's partner lays the hand open and the declarer plays both. The other side goes down unless it takes 2 tricks.
  • Buried (3)Buried: three players, 16 cards each, 4 set aside. The declarer names trumps, picks the 4 up and buries any 4.
  • 3-5-83-5-8: three players must take 8, 5 and 3 tricks. The one taking 8 names trumps, picks the 4 set-aside cards up and buries 4. Next hand, whoever took extra swaps with whoever fell short: a poor card for the best of that suit.
